Sheet Materials

Plastic Sheet Processing

Cutting, drilling, milling, forming, and custom profiles for plastic panels, guards, windows, and industrial components.

Machined plastic sheet panel component
Overview

Material behavior guides the process

Acrylic, PC, PET, PVC, HDPE, and other plastic sheets differ in clarity, impact behavior, stiffness, heat response, and machining characteristics. The same profile may require a different cutting or forming route depending on the material.

Processing is reviewed from drawings, samples, and application conditions. Welding, forming, printing, or other secondary work is included only when appropriate for the selected material and confirmed project.

Applications

Typical plastic-sheet parts

Machine guards

Clear or opaque protective sheets with openings and mounting features.

Control panels

Cutouts, holes, printing, windows, and custom perimeter shapes.

Equipment components

Spacers, covers, guides, and structural or insulating sheet parts.

Custom replacements

Small-batch parts reproduced from a drawing or suitable sample.

Project Review

Select material before finalizing details

Transparency, load, heat, chemicals, and appearance can change the recommendation.

  • Material name, grade, thickness, color, and transparency
  • Hole size, edge distance, bends, welds, fasteners, and assembly load
  • Machined edge, polished or matte surface, protective film, and printing
  • Quantity, tolerance-critical features, and inspection method
Quotation

Information to provide

  • A 2D or 3D drawing, dimensioned sketch, or representative sample
  • Material and current surface condition
  • Quantity, application, appearance side, and assembly requirements
  • Required delivery timing and any downstream process
