Overview

A stencil-based printing process

Screen printing transfers ink through open areas of a prepared mesh stencil. It requires artwork and screen preparation; it should not be described as a plateless or no-setup process.

The method is commonly used for control panels, nameplates, acrylic or PC windows, and repeated industrial graphics. Ink selection, surface condition, print side, color, and handling are reviewed per project.
