Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about materials, processing, prototyping, small-batch production, secondary processing, and quotation preparation.
What materials can you process?
Common materials include acrylic, PC, PET, FR4, POM, PEEK, PVC, HDPE, bakelite, aluminum, copper, and injection-molded parts. Feasibility depends on drawings, thickness, dimensions, and processing requirements.
What should I prepare for quotation?
Please provide drawings, sample photos, material, dimensions, thickness, quantity, application, surface requirements, appearance needs, and expected lead time.
Do you support prototypes or small batches?
Yes, depending on material, drawing, quantity, and manufacturing method. Prototypes help confirm dimensions, appearance, assembly, and production feasibility.
Can you help with material selection?
Yes. Please describe transparency, impact resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, insulation, appearance, and cost requirements.
Can injection-molded parts be post-processed?
Secondary processing can be reviewed for trimming, drilling, CNC milling, dimension correction, and marking. Samples, material, and target positions are recommended.
